Our Services and Products Guarantee! We are a salon dedicated to making our clients' look and feel beautiful. So for any reason, if you don't look or feel beautiful from our services and products, let us know. We guarantee that we will sincerely listen, correct the mistake, and remedy the situation. Aveda Products Return Guarantee* Whether be it product effectiveness, allergies, or for any other reason, if you are not happy with the purchased Aveda product, bring it back. We will gladly exchange it, give you a credit, or refund your money. If you are not satisfied with the Aveda Invati System (shampoo, conditioner, and treatment) for hair thickening after 30 days of use as directed, bring it back. Aveda and Emily J will return your money even after use. * Only exception to the return policy is with the Aveda makeup products. Makeup products may not be returned after use. Emily J Service Guarantee If you are not satisfied with our haircut, color, or perm services, let us know within 5 business days of the initial service. We will schedule and dedicate the time to re-perform the original service (or in some case additional services) to your satisfaction.
